**EVENT AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

**Client Responsibilities and Service Provision**

The undersigned party/parties, referred to as the "Client," hereby engage **VibeLux DJs** to provide DJ/Event services as outlined in this agreement. This document serves as a legally binding contract and represents the entirety of the agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be in writing, signed by both parties, and attached to the original agreement. By making a payment or booking services, the Client consents to the terms outlined below.

**Service Period**

VibeLux DJs agrees to begin DJ/Event services no earlier than the specified start time in this agreement. Photo booth operations will be available for at least 80% of the agreed duration, with brief interruptions allowed for maintenance if necessary.

**Deposit and Payment**

A **50% non-refundable deposit** is required at booking, along with a signed copy of this agreement, to secure your event date and services. The remaining balance is due **no later than 30 days prior to the event**. All payments must be made exclusively via the client portal. Failure to make timely payments will result in the forfeiture of the event date, services, and any prior payments. All deposits and payments are **strictly non-refundable** under all circumstances.

**Liability and Limitations**

This agreement does not cover circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, extreme weather conditions, or actions by venue staff that affect performance. VibeLux DJs’ liability is limited to the total cost of our DJ services.

By submitting payment via the client portal, the Client fully accepts the terms outlined in these **Service and Payment Terms.**

**Changes and Cancellations**

Changes to the event date, time, or location must be requested in writing no later than **30 days** before the originally scheduled event date. All changes are subject to the availability of VibeLux DJs and/or photo booth services and may require a revised service contract. If alternative dates are unavailable, the deposit and any paid amounts are forfeited. **All service cancellations at any time will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.**

**Parking and Access**

The Client agrees to provide convenient parking for VibeLux DJs' vehicle near the venue, including any permits or passes required by the venue.

**DJ/Photo Booth Setup**

The Client is responsible for arranging a suitable area that meets the size and accessibility requirements for DJ and/or photo booth setup. **For DJ services, a minimum of 3 hours is required for setup before the event start time.** Photo booth setup does not have the same 3-hour requirement, but the Client must ensure access to a suitable area for the photo booth setup.

Outdoor photo booth placement is allowed only if weather protection is provided. The Client must also ensure access to a standard power supply (110V, 10 amps, 3-prong outlet).

**WiFi Access**

For social media services, a venue-provided internet connection with a speed of at least **1 MBps** is required. VibeLux DJs is not responsible for inadequate internet speeds provided by the venue.

**Online Gallery and Digital Files**

Upon receipt of high-resolution digital files, the Client assumes responsibility for safeguarding them. VibeLux DJs is not liable for any media obsolescence due to technological advancements. The Client is responsible for transferring digital files to newer media as needed.

**Designs/Monograms/Templates**

VibeLux DJs will create printouts based on Client-provided materials, including one draft and one revision. Additional revisions will incur a fee of **$300 per hour.**

**Model Release and Liability**

VibeLux DJs reserves the right to use photo booth images for promotional purposes. The Client indemnifies VibeLux DJs for this use. VibeLux DJs and its representatives shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries beyond those expressly stated in this Agreement.

**Additional Terms and Conditions**

1. **Payment Options:** All payments must be made exclusively via the client portal. All deposits and payments are **strictly non-refundable**.

2. **Event Start Time:** The DJ will begin playing music at the time designated in the contract. Setup will occur **1–3 hours** before this time.

3. **Travel Fees:** Travel fees may apply for venues located beyond a **60-mile radius**.

4. **Cancellation:** **All service cancellations will incur a 100% charge of the total agreed price. All deposits and payments are non-refundable, with no exceptions.**

5. **Setup Requirements:** Adequate space and easy access to the setup area must be provided. Obstacles such as stairs may incur additional charges.

6. **Power Supply:** The Client must ensure sufficient power (110V standard plug) and adequate space for setup. Additional charges may apply for setup obstacles.

7. **Music Selection:** VibeLux DJs will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested music selections, but availability is not guaranteed.

8. **Force Majeure:** Events outside the control of VibeLux DJs, including but not limited to natural disasters, will release VibeLux DJs from all contractual obligations.

9. **Replacement DJs:** If necessary, VibeLux DJs will arrange for a reputable replacement DJ.

10. **Additional Time:** Additional DJ time may be requested at **$100 per half-hour**.

11. **Location Changes:** Changes to the event location may require adjustments to service pricing.

12. **Property Damage:** The Client is liable for any damages or theft of VibeLux DJs' property caused by the Client or guests.

13. **Termination of Services:** VibeLux DJs reserves the right to end services due to offensive behavior or unsafe conditions.

14. **Late Fees:** Late payments will incur daily fees.

15. **Taxes and Fees:** All bookings are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

16. **Final Balance Payment:** Final balances are due **via the client portal no later than 30 days prior to the event**.

17. **Audio Guestbook Rentals:** Specific terms and conditions apply for audio guestbook rentals.

18. **Client Responsibility:** By making a payment, the Client agrees to abide by all terms in this agreement.

19. **Collections:** In cases of nonpayment, the Client is responsible for any additional fees if a collection agency or attorney becomes involved.

By booking or paying for services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
