**VIBELUX DJs Service Agreement**

**Terms of Payment and Agreement**

By booking services and paying for any services through the VIBELUX DJs payment portal, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **Payment and Deposit Policy**  
  - Full payment will be charged at the time of booking. Fifty percent (50%) of the total payment will be treated as a non-refundable deposit.
  - In cases of natural disaster, fire, or other "acts of God," the remaining balance beyond the deposit may be refunded to the client. However, if the client chooses to cancel the event for any reason other than those specified, the client will forfeit the entire payment to VIBELUX DJs.
  - Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of the owner. Approved refunds may take 7-15 business days to process.

2. **Service Terms**  
  - By using the online payment portal, the client agrees to pay VIBELUX DJs in full for the services rendered.  
  - Music will not begin until the scheduled start time designated in this agreement, and the DJ will set up equipment between 1 and 4 hours before the start time. In cases of large setups, the DJ or crew may require access to the venue the day prior; the client should confirm these details with the DJ in advance.

3. **Cancellation Policy**  
  - If the client cancels the contract, the client agrees to pay 100% of the agreed-upon contract price.

4. **Venue Access and Fees**  
  - The DJ must have easy access to an entrance nearest to the performance area. Additional fees may apply for parking or related access fees, which will be billed to the client if applicable.

5. **Client Responsibilities**  
  - The client is responsible for providing adequate space for the DJ’s equipment and a sufficient power source (standard 110v outlet).  
  - Dancing on the Clouds services require venue approval and will only be provided with their permission.

6. **Music Requests**  
  - The DJ will make every effort to play all client-requested songs provided at least seven (7) days prior to the event. Requests made within this window are not guaranteed.  
  - The DJ reserves the right to exercise professional discretion during the event to ensure an optimal experience.

7. **Liability Limitations**  
  - VIBELUX DJs is not liable for interruptions or cancellations of services caused by rain, wind, fire, flood, or any other act of God, force majeure, or facility unavailability.

8. **Replacement DJ Clause**  
  - If, due to unforeseen circumstances, the DJ cannot perform, VIBELUX DJs will make reasonable efforts to provide a qualified substitute at no additional cost. However, service availability may vary as not all DJs possess the same equipment. VIBELUX DJs will strive to match the original booking as closely as possible.

9. **Extended Hours**  
  - Additional DJ time may be requested, subject to availability, at a rate of $100 per hour.

10. **Venue Change**  
  - If the client changes the event location, VIBELUX DJs reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect additional costs, at its sole discretion.

11. **Damage and Theft**  
  - The client agrees to reimburse VIBELUX DJs for any damage or theft of equipment caused by the client, guests, or venue issues (e.g., improper power supply, faulty wiring, or generator malfunction).
  - The DJ reserves the right to terminate services if any dangerous, offensive, or inappropriate situations arise.

12. **Planning Documents**  
  - The client must complete all required forms via the designated planning portal to ensure smooth coordination of services.

**Payment of services through VIBELUX DJs constitutes agreement to these terms.**

In the event of nonpayment and referral to a collection agency or attorney, the client agrees to cover all associated fees, including reasonable attorney and collection costs.
